Rent a house
-A deposit of 150 / 1000 is required which will be refunded at the end of your stay.
- On request, midweek linen change and cleaning is available at a cost of 28/60.
- On request, midweek linen change is available at a cost of 12 euro per person.
- Payment must be made on consignment of the keys.
- The booking can only be confirmed after receipt of the deposit.
- The apartment must be clean and tidy when you leave, otherwise you will be charged 50/90 euro depending on the necessary cleaning .
- All the apartments are supplied with bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen, pots and pans, and all cooking utensils etc. - Small pets are accepted in some apartments.
- All apartments have recently been renovated.
- For periods of up to 1 week, the utilities are included in the price (except for air-conditioning). For periods of more than 1 week, utilities are additional and vary between 1.4 and 12 euro a day depending on use, type of the apartment, and number of guests.
- The location of the apartments in the main city centre, just a stone's throw from the Duomo, discourages the use of automobiles, which can easily be hired from nearby garages if required.
- If you need to park your car, there is a covered car park about 1 km from the historic centre (Piazza del Duomo), easily reached by public transport.
- If you are already clients of ours please indicate this when you send in your enquiry and we will let you have a discount.
- if your prefer not to forward us your credit card information (which is only as a guarantee, nothing will be charged to your credit card) and wish to secure the apartment by making a deposit by bank draft we will send you all necessary details. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the rent .
